Worth every penny because of the friendly staffs, foods and the ambience of the resorts. Clean rooms, everything you need in her Stress free stay, friendly staffs and most specially our Photographer Ms. Jamellah. Thank you for all the beautiful pictures and video. Will definitely back again with my family. Good food, Strategic locations and most important is near the airport.

MoonyAugust 17, 2024Highly recommend taking photos at modal resort with Jamellah:) Jamellah is a great photographer, and my boy friend loves all her photos. It was very hard to pick the best photos because all the photos are amazing. It was very hot when we took photos, but it was not that hard because Jamellah was so nice:)!! It was great experience in Bohol.
judayAugust 11, 2024Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service Before leaving Modala, I decided to spend a night as a guest with the kids. It’s clear why so many people book here—the staff, especially the Front Office and Reservations team, gave me such a warm welcome and even prepared a touching presentation that brought me to tears. The room was spacious, the bed incredibly soft, and I was lucky enough to have a view of both the ocean and the pool. You can really feel the love from the staff. Thanks to RDM Nish,Resa Enzo,Gigi, Josh and the rest of FO and Concierge Team. I will forever cherish the wonderful memories of our stay here, especially the personalized service we received

Chia-Wei WAugust 8, 2024Beautiful resort and good photographer We stay one night in ocean view room. The room is nice and clean. The beach there is so beautiful! Can walk directly to the beach from the resort. And there’s shower to wash out sand just next to the pool. Very convenient. We like this resort. And the photographer CHITTO took good photos! Worth to try this activate.
teachertraveller17July 24, 2024One of the best hotels ever! There's a reason the Modala Beach Resort has 5 stars on Tripadvisor! This is a fabulous hotel! We stayed here for only 2 nights. I wish we had stayed at least 3 or 4 to enjoy the pool, beach and other amenities, check out the handy shopping next door and maybe the spa...or just to relax more on the balcony and soak in the fantastic views of the pool and beach! ROOM -Lovely, spacious, beautifully decorated and super clean. -Comfortable beds with lots of lighting and easy access to plugs -Balcony with hanging space for any wet stuff -Bathroom big with huge shower and huge tub; shower had rain and handheld - A nice touch: a large, rectangular, woven basket for used towels -Only small negative in room: we couldn't get the safe to work RESTAURANT -The breakfast buffet selections were good and the food tasty. Don't forget to check out the stand on the patio that has hot chocolate and Filipino delicacies like palitaw, puto, etc., depending on the day! -Excellent service from staff...they had coffee stations so it was easy to get coffee and the staff was quick to bring it to us too. It may not sound like a big deal, but having coffee in the morning at the start of your breakfast, and not halfway through, is important when traveling. Out of the 8 hotels we were at in the Philippines in 3 weeks, yours did coffee the best...and the coffee was delicious. -Dinner was wonderful, and we enjoyed eating near the water. When it started to rain, we were moved to the covered patio. Bonus: we had a friendly cat join us! STAFF -This is a well-trained staff--everyone was very polite and friendly! -our waiter at dinner, Ebbsen was a standout, and the supervisor (sorry, didn't catch his name) checked on us to see how things were -we had a little plumbing issue, and a gentlemen came right away and fixed it; thank you -Jayson was our bellhop and was personable and sweet -A major highlight was when the GM, Mr. Ybanez, stopped by on our last day to greet us and to see how our stay was! It turns out that he knew our travel agent. He made us feel very special; thank you! Thank you, Modala, for such a wonderful stay. I've traveled all over the world and your hotel left such a good impression on me. Yours is one of my favorite hotels!
Gyn IsidroJuly 23, 2024Out last minute booking I’m not into writing reviews, but I believe this trip deserves one. This was a very last minute decision we ever made. My boyfriend informed me that the prices was way down, so we decided to book it on the spot with friends. Arrival From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and exceptional service by Ms. Yen of front desk. Room We stayed in a Tawhay room,and I loved it so much. It was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. We can also hangout at the balcony and just look at the peaceful view. Pool The pool was wide and clean. What I like the most was the bar in the pool. You can easily order your favorite cocktails and food. It’s not crowded as well so you can enjoy swimming with your friends. Restaurant Breakfast buffet was one of my favorite spot.The food was so good and the ambiance was great. You can also choose a table with beach view. The servers were so kind and approachable. Front Desk We were given a free LCO until 1 pm and this is the reason why we stayed a liitle bit longer at the pool.Thank you so much for giving us a free LCO.
